These terms govern your use of ebg.agency, operated by EBG — an Estate View company. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

Use the site for lawful purposes only: learning about our services, reading content, booking an audit and downloading guides.
Give accurate information in forms, and do not impersonate another person or organisation.
Do not try to hack or disrupt the site, send automated or spam submissions through forms, or scrape its content at scale.
We may restrict access or decline any request that breaks these terms.

Content accuracy and case-study figures

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but its content is general information, not advice tailored to your business.

Figures in our case studies are real historical results for specific clients over a specific period, shown with their source and dates. They are not a promise or guarantee that you will get the same results. Outcomes depend on product, market, budget, execution and factors outside our control.

The free audit

The free audit is a short session where we review where you stand and give you written priorities.
It does not commit you to any contract or payment, and it does not commit us to any further service.
Recommendations are based on the information you share at the time and do not guarantee specific results.
We may decline or reschedule a session, and will tell you as early as we can.

Proposals and pricing

Prices on the site are starting prices for guidance, not a binding offer.
Final scope, price, timeline and payment terms are set in a signed technical and financial proposal or contract, which prevails over anything on the site.
Prices in each currency (EGP, SAR and USD) are set manually per currency and are not converted automatically at exchange rates. The contract currency is the one stated in the signed proposal.
No payments are taken on the site. Payments follow the signed proposal or contract.

Third-party platforms and ad spend

We work on third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Shopify, payment gateways and shipping companies. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
Ad spend is paid by the client directly to the platforms and is separate from EBG's fees, unless the signed proposal says otherwise.
Subscriptions, apps and commissions charged by platforms are paid by the client.
We are not responsible for platform decisions such as ad rejections, account suspensions, algorithm changes or outages.

Intellectual property

All site content, including text, designs, logos, graphics, guides and videos, is owned by or licensed to EBG. You may not copy, republish, modify or use it commercially without our prior written permission. Short quotes from articles are fine with credit and a link to the page.

Third-party and platform trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their owners.

Free downloads licence

We give you a free, non-exclusive licence to use guides downloaded from the site for personal use or internal use in your business.
You may not sell, redistribute, publish under your own name, or offer them as a paid product or service.
To share a guide, share the link to its page rather than the file.

Links to other sites

The site may link to external websites or platforms. These links are for convenience only; we do not control their content or privacy practices and are not responsible for them.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is", and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Our liability for contracted services is defined by the signed proposal or contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute, and we will first try to resolve it amicably.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the new version on this page with its last-updated date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
